Oral Health Fee for Service Scheme | OHFFSS Campbelltown
At Bradbury Dental Surgery, our mission is clear: to ensure that everyone in the Campbelltown area can easily access top-notch dental care. As part of our commitment to your oral health, we’re excited to offer the Oral Health Fee for Service Scheme (OHFFSS) in Campbelltown.
What is OHFFSS?
OHFFSS is a government-funded dental program designed to provide discounted oral health care services to eligible individuals. It’s a solution for those facing challenges in accessing public dental services, particularly when immediate care is needed.
OHFFSS goes beyond financial support; it’s a way to make quality dental care more affordable for our community. By reducing the cost of oral health services, OHFFSS opens doors for those who might find it difficult to access public dental facilities.
How Does It Work?
OHFFSS streamlines access to dental care through partnerships with private dental practices. Here’s how it works:
- Private Providers: Local Health Districts (LHDs) partner with private businesses and practitioners, expanding the network of available dental care providers.
- Vouchers for You: LHD representatives play a crucial role by directly issuing vouchers to eligible patients, ensuring a straightforward and accessible way for individuals to access the scheme.
- Hassle-Free Redemption: Redeem your vouchers at our practice without any hassle. We’re committed to ensuring a smooth process for you to access the dental care you need.
- Effortless Payment Handling: After completing your treatment with us, we take care of submitting the voucher to LHD for payment. Your focus remains on your oral health, and we handle the rest.
- Transparent Pricing: Our commitment to transparency means that we follow the agreed-upon price schedule outlined in the OHFFSS Schedule of Fees. Your peace of mind is our priority.
- Up-to-date Information: Rest assured that the Schedule of Fees is regularly updated, ensuring that you have access to the most current information. This schedule aligns with the Department of Veterans Affairs fee schedule, maintaining fairness and consistency.
At Bradbury Dental Surgery, we’re committed to providing accessible and affordable dental care. Contact us today to learn more about OHFFSS and how it can benefit you.

OHFFSS Voucher Campbelltown Types
OHFFSS vouchers are issued in emergency cases or when the public dental service cannot provide the required treatment. These vouchers are exclusively provided through the Priority Oral Health Program triage questionnaire or an authorised mechanism approved by NSW Health.
The type of voucher issued depends on the patient’s dental needs and the resources available to the public dental service. There are three types of OHFFSS vouchers:
- Episodic Care: Designed to address urgent treatment needs, this voucher type prioritises patients with immediate dental requirements.
- General Care: This comprehensive voucher covers a complete dental examination and a range of dental services, making it suitable for patients who need more than just emergency treatment.
- Denture Provision: Specifically tailored for patients requiring denture care, this voucher ensures coverage for denture-related treatments.
